Here’s what our Pro Staff has to say
Host of Into the Blue
I've been commercial fishing and guiding in the Florida Keys for over 20+ years. From cutting cudas for shark bait, to chunking shrimp trash for Tunas, to cutting my clients catch at the end of the day, this knife is strong, durable, super sharp and maintains a great edge, all day long, 200+ days a year.

In my style of fishing I need to clean a small snapper or a giant tuna, cobia or grouper. Bubba Blade has a knife that is absolutely perfect for every type of fish I clean as well as awesome bait knives. I have been waiting for these knives for a long time and they are now a permanent piece of my gear!
Ultimate Catch TV
In my years as a Captain and professional fishing guide, I have filleted thousands of fish. I have never come across a knife that fillets fish so effortlessly as the Bubba Blade. It is by far the finest handling, most comfortable, and best gripping fillet knife I have ever used. The Bubba Blade allows you to apply maximum strength with minimum pressure and fatigue on your joints and muscles allowing you to cut through even the thickest scaled fish. This knife holds up great against the harsh day in and day out saltwater conditions and makes the job of filleting and skinning my catch a breeze. It truly is the ULTIMATE Knife!

The Bubba Blade has proven itself in the field to be a product that I like and that I will use on my boat for a long time to come. I promise you the Bubba Blade will get the job done.
IGFA Saltwater Adventures
Well we finally finished shooting season 2 of IGFA saltwater Adventures. I took both of the Bubba Blades you gave me (9" Stiffie and 9" Flex) with me on every shoot we did after Fred Hall. The knives worked awesome and were the "chat" on every boat that we took them on. I would like to give you a rousing product endorsement for your website or any other marketing need you have. Thanks for the Bubba Blades.. THEY KICK ASS..!!!

By the way, I just returned from an extended three day trip to The Dry Tortugas. Brought home hundreds of pounds of snapper/grouper, and used the Bubba Blade (7" & 9") fillet knives to clean all of the fish. This was really my first experience cleaning a bunch of fish with these knives as I have been stubborn to change I guess. Well, after hours of cleaning fish I threw away my xxxxxxxxx knives and I'm now Bubba Blade's number one fan!

Guiding in Alaska for over a decade, I have filleted thousands of pounds of fish. When I'm at the cleaning table at the end of the day, I seriously appreciate a sharp knife, and my Bubba Blade has proven itself to keep an edge even after cleaning several limits of rockfish. The last thing I need after fighting the elements all day, is to fight my fillet knife when I get to the dock- which is exactly why I choose Bubba Blade.
I have been using Bubba Blades for about four years now, and have filleted and cut everything from Amberjacks to wahoo with them. I do ALL the fish cleaning on our boat. I am also blessed to fish on many other boats with many captains, so I have used tons of different knives. Bubba Blades are my favorite because they stay sharp, and have a great gripping handle for use on the boat and when your hands are wet or full of fish slime. It's simply a high quality product that works.
